Ingredients

  1. 2 (8-oz.) pkg. cream cheese, room temperature
  2. 2 c. shredded cheddar
  3. 1/4 c. beer
  4. 1 tsp. caraway seeds
  5. 1 tsp. garlic powder
  6. Kosher salt
  7. Freshly ground black pepper
  8. 1 tbsp. thinly sliced chives
  9. Pretzels and/or chips, for serving

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar, beer, caraway seeds, and garlic powder; season with salt and pepper.
  2. Top with chives. Serve with pretzels alongside.
