This pub-style cheese dip couldn't be a more party-friendly recipe. It's salty, creamy, cheesy, and as ridiculously simple to make as it is to scarf down.

Ingredients
- 2 (8-oz.) pkg. cream cheese, room temperature
- 2 c. shredded cheddar
- 1/4 c. beer
- 1 tsp. caraway seeds
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- Kosher salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 1 tbsp. thinly sliced chives
- Pretzels and/or chips, for serving

Instructions
1. In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar, beer, caraway seeds, and garlic powder; season with salt and pepper.
2. Top with chives. Serve with pretzels alongside.
