Ingredients
- 16 oz cottage cheese (I used 2% Good Culture)
- 291 g PBfit peanut butter powder
- 180 g monk fruit sweetener (I used golden; use any granulated sweetener and adjust to taste)
- 38 g cocoa powder (I used 24g regular cocoa + 14g black cocoa; use what you have)
- 15 g Lily’s chocolate chips
Instructions
- Blend or process cottage cheese until completely smooth.
- Add PBfit, sweetener, and cocoa powder. Mix until thick and fully incorporated.
- IMPORTANT! Start with 190g PBfit. Only add more if your batter is too sticky or you want a strong PB taste. You can use as little sweetener as you'd like. Feel free to start with less sweetener and add to taste!
- If batter is too wet, add more PBfit a little at a time until it thickens.
- Stir in chocolate chips. Chill if desired.
