Yield: 5 Prep time: PT10M Total time: PT10M Ingredients - 16 oz cottage cheese (I used 2% Good Culture) - 291 g PBfit peanut butter powder - 180 g monk fruit sweetener (I used golden; use any granulated sweetener and adjust to taste) - 38 g cocoa powder (I used 24g regular cocoa + 14g black cocoa; use what you have) - 15 g Lily’s chocolate chips Instructions 1. Blend or process cottage cheese until completely smooth. 2. Add PBfit, sweetener, and cocoa powder. Mix until thick and fully incorporated. 3. IMPORTANT! Start with 190g PBfit. Only add more if your batter is too sticky or you want a strong PB taste. You can use as little sweetener as you'd like. Feel free to start with less sweetener and add to taste! 4. If batter is too wet, add more PBfit a little at a time until it thickens. 5. Stir in chocolate chips. Chill if desired.
