Ingredients

  1. 3/4 c. mayonnaise
  2. 1/4 c. sweet pickle relish
  3. 2 tsp. Dijon mustard
  4. 1 tsp. paprika
  5. 1/2 tsp. granulated sugar
  6. 1/2 tsp. onion powder
  7. 1/4 tsp. beef bouillon (such as Better Than Bouillon)
  8. 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  9. Kosher salt
  10. Freshly ground black pepper
  11. 6 hot dogs
  12. 6 slices American cheese
  13. 6 hot dog buns
  14. Shredded lettuce, sliced pickles, chopped white onion, and sesame seeds, for serving

Instructions

  1. Sauce

    In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, relish, mustard, paprika, sugar, onion powder, beef bouillon, and garlic powder; season with salt and pepper.

  2. Hot Dogs

    Prepare a grill for medium heat; preheat 5 minutes. Grill hot dogs, turning halfway through, until warmed through and grill marks appear, about 5 minutes total.
  3. Place a slice of cheese in a bun and top with a hot dog. Top with sauce, lettuce, pickles, and onion. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
