Sweet and tart tomatoes, fluffy eggs, and velvety beef come together in one pan for the ultimate comfort dish. This meal is exactly what I need when I’m craving something quick and comforting, but also packed with proteins. It’s the easiest one-pan meal to whip up on a busy night, and it always tastes like home.
