One Pan Kielbasa Pasta

Ingredients

  1. 14 oz package of Kielbasa (sliced )
  2. 1 onion (chopped)
  3. 1/2 tsp pepper
  4. 1/4 tsp of cayenne pepper
  5. 1 tsp each of smoked paprika, oregano, onion powder
  6. 1 tbsp minced garlic
  7. 3 cups rotini pasta
  8. 3 cups beef broth
  9. 8 oz can tomato sauce
  10. 8 oz block Colby Jack cheese (shredded)
  11. 1/3 cup of milk
  12. Dried parsley

Instructions

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Brown the sliced kielbasa with a chopped onion.
  2. Next, add the minced garlic, uncooked pasta, beef broth, and the can of tomato sauce to the skillet. Season with pepper, smoked paprika, oregano, onion powder, and cayenne pepper. Stir everything together well.
  3. Bring the whole skillet to a quick boil and then turn the heat down to medium-low. Be sure the skillet is bubbling well before turning the heat down! Cover with a lid and cook for about 12-15 minutes.
  4. Once the pasta is cooked add the shredded cheese and milk. Stir everything together well and top with dried parsley before serving! Enjoy! Let me know if you try it out!
