Yield: 4 servings Prep time: PT10M Cook time: PT30M Total time: PT40M Ingredients - ground beef - chili powder - Campbell’s® Condensed Beefy Mushroom Soup or Campbell’s® Condensed Beef Consomme - diced tomatoes - kidney beans - frozen whole kernel corn - instant white rice - Mexican blend cheese Instructions 1. Season the beef with salt and pepper.  Cook the beef in a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat until well browned, stirring often to separate meat. Pour off any fat.  Stir in the chili powder. 2. Stir the soup, tomatoes, beans and corn in the skillet and heat to a boil. Reduce the heat to low. Cook for 10 minutes.  Remove the skillet from the heat. 3. Stir in the rice. Cover and let stand for 10 minutes or until the rice is tender.  Season to taste.  Sprinkle with the cheese (the heat from the beef mixture will melt it).  Serve in bowls, with tortilla chips for dipping, or wrapped in warm flour tortillas, if desired.
