Preheat the oven according to the package directions and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Arrange the store-bought cinnamon rolls on the prepared baking sheet, leaving enough space between each one to rise. 2. To make a ghost shape (optional): Carefully unroll part of 4 cinnamon rolls and reshape it into a ghost shape, keeping the top rounded and creating a wavy bottom. 3. Bake the cinnamon rolls according to the package directions, or until puffed and lightly golden brown, around 10 minutes. Let them cool before decorating. 4. To make the pumpkins: Mix a few tablespoons of icing in a bowl with orange food coloring gel. Spread orange frosting over the cinnamon rolls. Add mini chocolate chips to create jack-o'-lantern faces (optional) and a small piece of green Mike and Ike for the stem. 5. To make the spiders: Spread chocolate frosting over the cinnamon rolls and add candy eyes. Break pretzel sticks into smaller pieces and gently press them around the sides for the spider legs. 6. To make the ghosts: Spread white icing over the shaped ghost rolls, then add mini chocolate chips or regular chocolate candies for the eyes and one side of a mini Oreo for a mouth. 7. To make the sprinkle monsters: Cover the cinnamon rolls with white or chocolate frosting, then decorate with Halloween sprinkles, candy eyes, and pumpkin candies. Serve and enjoy!
