Yield: 9 servings Prep time: PT5M Cook time: PT25M Total time: PT30M Ingredients - 1 13-ounce jar of Nutella - 2 large eggs, at room temperature (or slightly warm) - 3/4 cup (6 ounces) all-purpose flour - Flaky sea salt, for topping Instructions 1. Preheat the oven to 350-degrees Fahrenehti. Either spray an 8-inch square brownie pan with cooking spray or line it with parchment paper in one direction (with enough extra on the sides to use as handles for removal) 2. In a medium bowl, combine the Nutella and eggs. Beat together very well with a whisk or use an electric mixer. 3. Finally, add the flour. Stir the flour very vigorously for at least 1 minute to activate the gluten. 4. Scrape the mixture into the awaiting pan, and slide into the oven on the center rack. Bake for 25 minutes. 5. The brownies are done when the top is shiny and crackled. Remove from the oven and let cool before slicing.
